My Experience
With more than 16 years in the acute and post-acute care industry, I've learned innovation is the only way toward a successful and sustainable future - clinically, operationally and financially. I thrive on sharing this cultivated passion to help companies that truly want to bring transformation to post-acute care. Grounded in the practice of Internal Medicine across the supportive care continuum - hospitals, nursing homes, assisted livings, care at home and hospice care - these opportunities have shaped my clinical acumen and enabled me to develop deep knowledge of how to design, test, execute and lead systematic change. From experiences in the "clinical trenches" to the C-Suites, diagnosing reality, communicating with clarity and teamwork are where I excel.
My Approach
As an independent thinker who does not let anything stand in the way of companies achieving their audacious goals, my vast post-acute care experience has yielded strong mental maps on how things can be optimized and at the same time being curious and willing to test those mental maps in the world of reality to ensure even better experiences and outcomes. I work with patient, persistent, "grit" to help companies achieve what they have envisioned while being honest when a simpler and more practical way is needed to produce a sustainable solution.
